Phat Beats Radio started in 2000 after hearing another pirate station here in Houston.In late 2000 the station got its first FM transmitter & antenna & started transmitting on FM. The station has been transmitting on & off since 2000 without to many problems. The station has very limited range on the South West Side close to Loop here in Houston. We play Rap Hiphop R&B Beatz Breakz House Jungle Drum&Bass & there is 33,000 traxx in the stations playlist which is always being updated. In the near future Phat Beats Radio hopes to find a new studio location bigger transmitter & better antenna to serve the people of Houston better.
